Complete your academic training at your own pace through the MySSI app before arriving in Cancún. Covers dive physics, equipment, safety procedures, and dive planning. Available in multiple languages.
CONFINED WATER SKILLS
Controlled shallow water sessions where you master buoyancy, regulator recovery, mask clearing, and emergency procedures before entering the open ocean.
OPEN WATER DIVES — CARIBBEAN
4 qualifying dives in the Caribbean Sea with your SSI instructor. Each dive builds on the last — by dive 4 you are diving independently to 18 meters.
SSI DIGITAL CERTIFICATION
Your SSI Open Water Diver certification is issued immediately upon completion. Valid for life, recognized globally, accessible from your phone.

At Vision Oceanos in Cancún, the SSI Open Water Diver certification takes 3-4 days. Day 1: online theory via MySSI app (can be completed before arrival). Day 2: confined water skills session. Days 3-4: 4 open water qualifying dives in the Caribbean Sea. Total investment: $395 USD. SSI digital certification card issued immediately upon completion.
